Expanding beyond the action and outdoor sport industries, Crucible Creative profiled compelling employee stories for the Microsoft Jobs Blog recruiting website. In an interview format, we used our reporting skills to uncover interesting employee stories speaking to the corporate objective of increasing the cool factor of a job at Microsoft to compete with newer tech competitors, such as Google, Facebook and Twitter, recruiting college talent. Our work was highlighted, earning four of the top ten profiles of 2011 (#1, #3, #4 and #9) on the Microsoft Jobs Blog site in just three months of project work for the world's leading technology company.
